Biannual Check-up Plan

Twice a year, we’ll inspect your home for needed maintenance. With your review and approval, we’ll schedule any needed maintenance with our trusted vendors.
Inspections and maintenance recommendations may include:

Exterior inspections and maintenance recommendations, including foundation, roof, gutters, and more

Damage prevention, such as water and structural damage prevention

The Biannual Check-Up Plan is curated specifically for single-family homes.

Three tiers are available based on the size of your property:

Tier 1 (up to 2,500 sq. ft.): $1,050 annually

Tier 2 (up to 6,000 sq. ft.): $1,900 annually

Tier 3 (over 6,000 sq. ft.): call for pricing

How do I know which maintenance plan is right for me?

If you are a single-family homeowner, we recommend the Biannual Check-up Plan to make sure your home stays in top shape and properly weatherized for hot and cold seasons.

For individuals who need help maintaining a second home, or those who own a small commercial property, the Monthly Maintenance Plan will ensure your property is well cared for even without you present.

If you’re not sure which plan is best for you, or you’d like to talk about a customized maintenance plan, call us! We’d love to talk with you.

Do I have to be present/home for my biannual or monthly maintenance appointments?

If you are on the Biannual Check-up Plan, we request that you are home when we arrive for your scheduled appointment.

If you are on the Monthly Maintenance Plan, we will coordinate with you early on to ensure property access via lockbox or other means. This way, you don’t have to be present for monthly appointments or scheduled services.

I already have a few property maintenance vendors I know and trust. Will you work with them for any needed repairs?

Absolutely. We have a list of vetted vendors we know and trust, but you are not required to use them for any needed work. If you already have a property maintenance vendor you’d like us to contact for a specific repair, we’ll happily coordinate with them.

I’m interested in Downsizing + Moving Support. Do I need to have all my belongings organized and sorted before you arrive?

You can, but you don’t have to! Downsizing and decluttering can be overwhelming, which is why we’re here to help with as much or as little as you need.

If you want support sorting and organizing your items for keeping, gifting, donating, and disposal, we’ll start there. If your items are already organized and you just want help getting everything where it needs to go, we can do that, too.

If I work with Partnerbunch for Downsizing + Moving Support, can you also conduct the official property inspection for the sale of my home?

No. While we are happy to conduct a home walkthrough and provide professional maintenance recommendations, this does not take the place of an official property inspection by a licensed home inspector prior to a sale.
